Creating YOUR Life

The pressure to look, act, and think in a specific way is REAL. Social media, news, friends, family, EVERYTHING that surrounds you tells you to fit the mold. 

I'm here to tell you to break that mold and be FREE. Stop listening to how others have done it, what companies say you need and listen to yourself.

Realize how strong you are innately, how great your life is RIGHT now, how you can be happy with just yourself. You are a magnificent being, filled to the brim with love, insight, and desire. 

Turn your frequency to this and change your life for forever. 

But how in the world do you tune out those external pressures to listen to you? 

It is like turning a dial on an old school radio. You scan it the first time and hear a song you really like, then go crap! I've got to scroll back and find it! 

You scroll back and get a little closer, then closer, then you get it!

Finding yourself is similar. Lean into what feels good and away from what makes you cringe. 

Scary? Yes!! I'm not going to lie to you. 

But the cost of not doing it is soooo great. Your heart is awakening. It is seeing what is possible and you can't turn around now (literally, your body and mind will say no, I can't do this anymore, you will get sick, you will forget things, things will happen to force you back on this path). 

This is your time to choose YOU. To say no more to what others say is the "right" way. The right way is YOUR way. 

Here's 4 boosters to help you to start enjoying your life NOW:

1. Remember back to when you were a kid and having a blast. Think of what you did most that you got lost in doing and do that NOW.

2. Think of the times that you were entirely present and not stressed about anything in your life. Figure out what you were doing and do something today to bring more of this in your life. 

3. Be grateful as much as possible, even the hard stuff, ESPECIALLY the hard stuff. 

4. Sit with yourself. Meditate, go on walks, get a massage, allow more S P A C E to enter your life (in whatever way works for you) so you can figure out what feels good.

You get to write your story. Choose love, choose joy, choose fun, choose YOU.
